This is for you if you process best in real time and want high-touch support as you step out of over-functioning and build a more sustainable way of living.

We’ll meet online for 8 structured but flexible sessions, with space to think, process, and apply what you’re learning to real life. Between sessions, you’ll have light support to help you keep moving without pressure.

Delivery method 2.

Async Coaching

Personal support, without the pressure of live sessions.

This is for you if you want real support but live calls do not suit your schedule, time zone, or energy.

The async version of The Turning Point gives you the full program with personalised support between modules, delivered entirely through email and WhatsApp or SMS. No live sessions required.

You’ll have space to reflect, respond in your own time, and work through the pattern in a way that fits real life, not an ideal week.

It is designed to help you understand the pattern, interrupt over-functioning earlier, and make steadier choices, without needing to keep up with anyone else.

Coaching Isn’t Therapy

Coaching here is practical, forward-focused support for women who are exhausted from carrying too much and want to change course before burnout deepens.

What coaching is: A space to understand your patterns, recognise what is no longer sustainable, and take manageable steps toward a steadier way of living.

What coaching is not: It is not therapy, diagnosis, mental health treatment, trauma processing, or crisis care.

What we’ll do together: We’ll make sense of what is happening, notice where over-functioning is taking over, use practical tools to interrupt the pattern, and build changes you can actually maintain.
