“I don’t remember how to laugh,” I said.
My husband looked at me, helpless.
I watched people around me laugh freely, and I would have given anything to feel that again.
That moment marked the end of a long period of emotional burnout and striving — and the beginning of the slow, quiet process of finding my way back to myself.

I know what it’s like to lose your footing.
When life unravelled — suddenly and painfully — I fell apart.
Joy vanished. My confidence collapsed. I moved through the days in a fog of exhaustion and emotional pain.
But what stayed with me wasn’t just the breakdown itself — it was what came after.
When life resumed, I realised I needed more than to just “recover.” I needed to learn how to feel emotionally safe again, how to trust my own signals, and how to live in a way that didn’t require constant self-override.
That was my turning point.

Finding my way back
Rebuilding wasn’t instant, and it wasn’t pretty. There were tears. Soul-searching. Moments of doubt.
But over time, the work became less about “starting again” — and more about learning how to live differently.
I learned how to set boundaries, grieve what I’d lost, and stop pushing myself to be okay. I learned how to create emotional safety within myself — and to make decisions based on what I needed, not just what I could manage.
That journey is what led me here—to coaching.
At 54, I earned a Diploma of Counselling. At 60, I founded my coaching practice. Not because I had it all figured out, but because I knew what it felt like to fall apart—and I’d done the work to reconnect with myself and what matters now.
Who I Work With
You’re here because life has resumed but it doesn’t quite feel like yours.
You’re functioning, capable, and getting on with things. But underneath that competence, something feels off. Hollow. Flatter. Less connected than it used to be.
I work with women like you — women who’ve been holding it all together for a long time, and are ready for a more self-honouring way of living. Women who want more steadiness, more meaning, and a stronger relationship with themselves — without pressure or fixing.
What Working With Me Feels Like
Coaching with me is
grounded, emotionally intelligent, and deeply practical.
It’s built on my values of
authenticity, empathy, and meaningful transformation.
It’s also shaped by my lived experience of emotional burnout, recovery, and the quieter work of finding my way back to myself.
We don’t do toxic positivity here.
We don’t bypass the hard stuff.
We move through it—together.
I’ll help you reconnect with your strengths, set healthy boundaries, and learn how to feel emotionally safe again—so you can build the life you actually want, not just the one you’re surviving.
